A simple system: Lubro Star ®
The Lubro Star ®-System consists of a robust special steel pressure tank,
an infinitely adjustable dosage device, and the Lubro Star ®-Synthetic
Activator (LSSA). This synthetic lubricant and de-icing agent, which is
added to the compressed air, has been developed to meet the exact
requirements of compressed-air-operated tools and machines. Choking
of the system is prevented by a suitably disposed pipe system and large
cross-sections, and simultaneously even the smallest quantities of LSSA
can be supplied in the compressed air. Extremely small quantities can be
dosed and suitably atomized by appropriate adjustment of the dosage
device. It is also possible to alter the dosage during operation. The LSSA
supply can be reduced or increased without interrupting the operation.
Incidentally, any synthetic lubricant and de-icing agent can be dosed with
the Lubro Star ® maintenance system. However, numerous tests and
practical application have shown that the best results are achieved with
Lubro Star ®-Synthetic Activator.
